Challenges with getting census with all of the parties about a preferred method to go and so a key part of it is the ability to be resonant and communicate with the disciplines to better communicate
" We have a lot of studies that we do here internally as far as a collaborative discussion so that’s a team group so that we can get consensus for perhaps a decision that needs to be made but you want to have a consensus with everybody so that they understand why we arrived at the proper consensus."
